Products and Use
What does "For Research Use Only" mean?
All Nordi Science products are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. Products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, or in vivo testing in humans or animals.
By placing an order, the customer affirms they are a licensed researcher or qualified professional with the technical knowledge and authority to handle research compounds safely and lawfully.
Are Nordi Science products approved by the FDA?
No. The products sold by Nordi Science have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any therapeutic, diagnostic, prophylactic, or preventive use. They are sold strictly as research compounds for in vitro laboratory and educational purposes.
Can Nordi Science provide information about how to use a product?
We are unable to provide information regarding human use, dosing, administration, therapeutic application, reconstitution, protocols, or comparisons to FDA-approved drugs. For information about peptide research, we recommend consulting published scientific literature available through PubMed and other academic resources.
Where do Nordi Science products come from?
All products are manufactured by validated suppliers and undergo independent third-party laboratory testing for identity, purity, and contamination. Each lot includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) available upon request.
Are the products tested for purity?
Yes. Each lot is tested by an independent third-party laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry. The Certificate of Analysis (COA) for any purchased lot is available by emailing info@nordiscience.com with the order number.
How should products be stored?
Storage conditions vary by product and are specified on the product label and product page. Generally, products are shipped sealed and tamper-evident. Upon receipt, follow the label storage instructions exactly.
Ordering
Who can order from Nordi Science?
Orders may be placed by:
- Persons 21 years of age or older
- Residents of the United States
- Researchers, scientists, laboratory professionals, or persons with legitimate research purposes
Customers must complete an age verification and research-use acknowledgment at checkout.
Why is age verification required?
Age verification is part of our compliance framework. Customers must confirm they are at least 21 years old to access the Site or place an order.
Does Nordi Science ship internationally?
No. We ship only within the United States, excluding U.S. territories and military addresses. International requests are declined.
Why is a product unavailable for shipment to my state?
Certain products are subject to state-level regulatory restrictions. When a product cannot be shipped to a given state, this is indicated at checkout. If your address is in a restricted state for a given product, the order cannot be completed for that product.
Can the order be modified after placement?
Address corrections requested before an order ships will be accommodated when possible. After an order has been processed for shipment, modifications are not possible. Contact info@nordiscience.com immediately if a change is needed.
Are bulk or wholesale orders available?
For inquiries regarding institutional or research-volume orders, contact info@nordiscience.com with the requested quantities, intended use, and institutional affiliation.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
The following methods are available at checkout:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Shop Pay
- Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT) — processed via a third-party crypto payment provider
- ACH bank transfer — for U.S. bank accounts; settlement 3 – 5 business days
Are payment details stored on the Site?
No. Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors and is not stored on our systems. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
When is the card charged?
Cards are authorized at the time of order placement and captured when the order is confirmed. For ACH and crypto payments, capture occurs when the transfer settles.
Why was a payment declined?
Common reasons include: insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect billing information, or the issuing bank flagging the transaction. Contact your bank for specific information, then retry the payment from the order confirmation email.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Processing time is typically 1 – 2 business days. Transit time depends on the shipping method selected:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3 – 5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1 – 3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 – 2 business days

How is the package shipped?
Orders ship via USPS in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. All packages include tracking information.
What if the package arrives damaged?
If the outer packaging shows signs of damage or tampering on delivery, photograph the package immediately upon receipt and contact returns@nordiscience.com within 5 business days with the order number and photographs.
What if the package is lost in transit?
If tracking shows no update for more than 7 business days after the carrier has accepted it, contact info@nordiscience.com. We will open a trace request with the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
What is the return policy?
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, has the original packaging intact, and the tamper-evident seal is unbroken. See the Return Policy for full details.
Can opened or used products be returned?
No. Products whose tamper-evident seal has been broken or compromised are not eligible for return. This restriction exists because product integrity, identity, and lot traceability cannot be verified once a seal is opened.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Bank processing times typically add 3 – 10 additional business days for funds to appear.
Is there a restocking fee?
A restocking fee of 10% may apply at our discretion on accepted returns. The fee does not apply to returns due to our error or to items damaged in transit.
Privacy and Security
How is personal information used?
Personal information is used to process orders, communicate with customers, secure the Site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration and do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How can I request my data or delete my account?
To exercise any privacy rights (including the right to know, delete, correct, or opt out), contact privacy@nordiscience.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.
Is the Site secure?
The Site uses HTTPS encryption for all communications. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors that are PCI-DSS compliant.
Other
Does Nordi Science work with influencers or affiliates?
Nordi Science does not currently operate an affiliate or influencer commission program. We do not provide free products, discounts, or compensation in exchange for promotion.
