Ordering
Who can order from Nordiscience?
Customers must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding purchase agreement. You are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for you and permitted at your delivery address.
Does Nordiscience ship internationally?
No. Nordiscience currently ships only within the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. See the Shipping Policy for destination and carrier details.
Can an order be changed after placement?
Contact info@nordiscience.com as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Payment, Shipping, and Returns
What payment methods are accepted?
Available payment methods appear at checkout and are processed by the store's payment providers. Nordiscience does not store complete payment card numbers on its systems.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are generally processed the same day. Carrier transit estimates and available service levels appear in the Shipping Policy and at checkout.
How do I track my order?
A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent when the carrier accepts the package. If no shipping confirmation arrives within 3 business days, contact info@nordiscience.com with your order number.
What if the package arrives damaged?
Photograph the outer package and affected product and contact returns@nordiscience.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number so the team can review a replacement or refund.
What is the return policy?
Eligible unopened, factory-sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Opened products and products with a compromised tamper-evident seal are not eligible. See the Return Policy for all conditions.
