These Terms govern access to nordiscience.com and purchases from Nordi Science LLC. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Information provided at checkout or through an account must be accurate and current. You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
2. Dietary Supplements and Product Information
Products offered in the supplement storefront are dietary supplements, foods, or related nutrition products—not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Product pages and labels provide ingredients, Supplement Facts or nutrition information, serving directions, allergen notices, warnings, and storage instructions as applicable. You agree to read the package label before use, follow labeled directions, and not use a product if the safety seal is missing or compromised. The label on the product received controls if online information differs.
Site content is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, are considering a supplement for a child, or have questions about personal suitability. Stop use and seek appropriate care for an adverse reaction.
3. Products, Pricing, and Availability
Descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and prices may be corrected or changed without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel an order, including an order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error.
4. Orders, Payment, and Shipping
An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until confirmed for fulfillment or shipped. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment is processed by third-party providers.
Shipping destinations, processing estimates, carrier information, and risk-of-loss terms are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
6. Subscriptions
If a product offers recurring delivery, the frequency, price, discount, and cancellation terms will be shown before enrollment. By choosing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled according to the terms shown with the plan. One-time purchases are not subscriptions.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity; interfere with Site security; attempt unauthorized access; submit false information; infringe intellectual property; or resell products using false, deceptive, unlawful, medical, or disease-treatment claims.
8. Intellectual Property
Site content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, belongs to Nordi Science or its licensors and is protected by law. No right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works is granted without prior written permission. Nordi Science names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." NORDI SCIENCE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORDI SCIENCE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM THE SITE, THESE TERMS, OR A PRODUCT.
NORDI SCIENCE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nordi Science and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site or products, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration section below, actions must be brought in state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
13. Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Arbitration. You and Nordi Science agree that disputes arising from these Terms, the Site, or a product will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Class Action Waiver. YOU AND NORDI SCIENCE MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CONSOLIDATED ACTION.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an eligible individual action in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property infringement.
Opt-Out. You may opt out by sending notice to legal@nordiscience.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Include your full name, address, and a clear opt-out statement.
If the class action waiver is unenforceable, the arbitration provision will be unenforceable.
14. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and providing notice where required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms, together with the Privacy, Shipping, and Return Policies, form the agreement regarding the Site and purchases.
