Nordi Science LLC ships products within the United States. This Shipping Policy describes our shipping practices, timelines, and limitations.
1. Shipping Origin and Destinations
All orders are shipped from within the United States. Nordi Science ships exclusively to addresses within the fifty (50) U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or any international destination.
Certain products may be unavailable for shipment to specific states due to state-level regulatory restrictions. Such restrictions are indicated at checkout. If a product is not available for shipment to your address, the order cannot be completed.
2. Processing Time
Orders received before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders received after 2:00 PM Mountain Time, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times
The following methods are available at checkout. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier-related delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination ZIP code, package weight, and shipping method selected. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to orders meeting the specified subtotal threshold (before tax) and only to the contiguous 48 states unless otherwise stated.
5. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After an order is placed and payment is confirmed, an order confirmation email is sent automatically. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once the package is handed to the carrier.
If a shipping confirmation has not been received within 3 business days of placing an order, contact info@nordiscience.com with the order number.
6. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify the shipping address after an order has been processed for shipment. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Address corrections requested before an order ships will be accommodated when possible. Contact info@nordiscience.com immediately if a correction is needed.
7. Package Inspection on Delivery
All packages are sealed and include tamper-evident packaging. Upon delivery, inspect the outer packaging and tamper-evident seals carefully.
If the outer packaging shows signs of damage, tampering, or has been opened in transit, do not accept the delivery if possible, or photograph the package immediately upon receipt. Contact returns@nordiscience.com within 5 business days of delivery with photographs and the order number.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Nordi Science is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If a package shows no tracking update for more than 7 business days after the carrier has accepted it, contact info@nordiscience.com. We will open a trace request with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
9. Delivery Failure
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, the customer will be contacted at the email address on file. Options will include:
- Reshipping to the same address (at customer's cost)
- Reshipping to a corrected address (at customer's cost)
- Cancellation and refund of the product cost (shipping cost is non-refundable in this case)
10. Storage Conditions in Transit
Products are packaged to maintain stability during typical transit conditions. Extreme heat, humidity, or extended transit time may affect product integrity. We recommend choosing expedited shipping during summer months in regions with high ambient temperatures.
Upon receipt, products should be stored according to the conditions specified on the product label.
11. International Shipping
Nordi Science does not ship internationally. Any request to ship outside the United States will be declined. We will not modify shipping addresses to international addresses, even by customer request.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the most recent changes were made.
