This Privacy Policy describes how Nordi Science LLC ("Nordi Science," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit nordiscience.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us in connection with our research products and services.
Nordi Science sells products labeled strictly for research and educational use. Our Site is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not collect or process medical or health information.
1. Information We Collect

- Identifiers — name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, IP address.
- Professional or research information — the research company or institution and the research field you provide during researcher registration, which we use to verify your eligibility to purchase research-use products. This information is associated with your order and stored in our database.
- Commercial information — records of products purchased, considered, or returned; transaction history.
- Internet or other electronic network activity — browsing history on our Site, interactions with the Site, device information, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Geolocation data — approximate location derived from IP address.
- Inferences — preferences and characteristics derived from the categories above.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identifiers, biometric information, precise geolocation, health information, or other categories of "sensitive personal information" as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Payment card information is collected and processed directly by our payment processors and is not stored on our systems.

We do not "sell" personal information for monetary consideration. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. To the extent any disclosure is deemed a "share" under applicable law, you may exercise your right to opt out as described in Section 7.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, tax, or reporting requirements. Order and transaction records are retained for seven (7) years to comply with tax and commercial recordkeeping obligations.

We honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"). When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser and device.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under 21 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16 without parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
