Return Policy

The conditions under which products may be returned and refunded.

We want you to be confident in your purchase from Nordi Science. This Return Policy describes the conditions under which products may be returned and refunded.


Return Window

You may request a return within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for return, an item must be:

  • In its original, unopened, factory-sealed condition;
  • In its original packaging with all labels, lot number, and tamper-evident seal intact;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase;
  • Returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number issued by Nordi Science.

Ineligible Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been opened, broken, used, or whose tamper-evident seal has been removed or compromised;
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery;
  • Items returned without a valid RMA number;
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or transport by the customer;
  • Custom orders or special-order items.

These restrictions exist because product integrity, identity, lot traceability, and safety cannot be verified once a vial has been opened or its seal compromised.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email returns@nordiscience.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 3 business days with an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item, in its original packaging, to the address provided. Include the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package.
  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (see below).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval;
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable;
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply at our discretion.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at returns@nordiscience.com with photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 7 business days. We will arrange return shipping at our cost and ship the correct item.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
