We want you to be confident in your purchase from Nordi Science. This policy describes the conditions under which supplement products may be returned and refunded.
Return Window
You may request a return within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Items
An item must be unopened, unused, factory sealed, in its original packaging, and returned with all labels, lot information, and tamper-evident seals intact. Proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) are required.
Ineligible Items
Opened or used products, products with a broken or compromised seal, items returned after 30 days, items without a valid RMA, and products damaged after delivery through improper storage or handling are not eligible. Product safety and integrity cannot be verified after a package is opened.
How to Request a Return
- Email returns@nordiscience.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for an RMA number and return instructions before shipping the item.
- Return the item in its original packaging with the RMA visible on the outer package.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply where permitted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
For damage in transit, contact us within 5 business days and include photographs of the package and product. For an incorrect item, contact us within 7 business days. When Nordi Science is responsible, we will arrange the correction at no additional shipping cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. After shipment, the standard return process applies.
