SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα/β/γ), often described in the literature as an “exercise-mimetic” research compound. It is not a peptide.
Mechanism of action. By activating the ERR family of nuclear receptors in research models, SLU-PP-332 is studied for its effect on the transcriptional programs that govern mitochondrial biogenesis, oxidative metabolism, and fatty-acid utilization in skeletal-muscle models.
Research applications. Used in endurance, oxidative-metabolism, and energy-expenditure studies as a tool to probe ERR-driven mitochondrial pathways.
